Be a driving force in shaping the pathway experience for 9-12th grade students by actively participating in quarterly Industry Advisory Committees. Join high school administrators and other career pathway business partners to discuss the future of career and technical education programming. Your insights and expertise will play a vital role in designing a curriculum that prepares students for success in the job market.
ENGAGE:
Make a positive impact on your local school by engaging in career readiness activities. Share your knowledge and experiences through guest speaking engagements, offer professional mentoring to students, participate in career fair events, and more. Your involvement will inspire and guide the next generation of professionals.
HOST:
Open your doors to young talent and host interns or lead field trips. By providing hands-on experiences and exposure to real-world settings, you can significantly contribute to the students' learning journey and help them explore various career options.
HIRE:
Invest in the future by hiring a local junior or senior Connecting Activities participant for at least one semester. Become a mentor and guide them through work-based learning opportunities, allowing them to gain invaluable experience and earn high school and college credits. Your support will pave the way for their success in the workforce.
SPONSOR:
Support a partner school’s Innovative Pathway Program, a school, or classroom by becoming a sponsor. Your generous donations, whether company time and expertise or funding materials for pathway activities like classroom equipment and consumables, will directly enhance the learning experience of students and help us continue making a difference.
